Meanwhile, Skye is sitting at the head of a long table in an office building, conducting the ELQ board meeting. She is having trouble staying focused, however. As the people around her talk, she finds herself staring out the window. Her eyes glaze slightly as she think of Jax, waiting back at home for her.

"Ms. Chandler-Quartermaine?" a young woman interrupts. Skye snaps her head around, shaking Jax from her thoughts.

"Yes?" she asks, smiling. Skye focuses all her attention on ELQ. The meeting seems to drag on for hours and Skye breathes a sigh of relief as everyone leaves. Throwing on her coat and grabbing her purse and umbrella, she quickly shuts and locks the door to her office. Swinging her purse happily at her side, she leaves the building and heads for her car. As she pulls up in front of the hotel, joy overtakes her. She walks quickly inside and to the elevator. Pulling out her key, she smiles. Pushing back the door and walking in, Skye smiles wider. Then her smile is exchanged for a look of puzzlement. She picks up a note on the table.

"Skye, I have a surprise for you. Go change into something more casual and come to the front of the hotel. Love you, Jax" Skyes heart pounds with excitement as she rushes into the bedroom to change. She decides on a pair of light denim flood pants and a white, one-sleeved tank top. Slipping on white sneakers, Skye grins with anticipation. She pulls her hair up into a messy ponytail and grabs a white button down sweater. Grabbing her purse and stuffing her keys into it, she hurries out the door to the elevator. She steps out of the elevator as it reaches the ground floor and practically RUNS out the door. Out of breath, Skye skids to a stop in front of a limo.

"Skye?" a young man asks, exiting the car. She nods as he extends his hand.

"Im Tom, a friend of Jax," he says, opening the door so she can slide in. He shuts the door behind her and gets into the drivers seat.

"Where are we going?" Skye asks eagerly. Tom grins.

"Its a surprise, but I promise you will like it," he says. Skye giggles with excitement, feeling like a child on her way to a toy store. When the limo finally pulls to a stop, Skye leaps out, looking around. Her mouth drops open and she stops, staring.

"Oh my gosh," she whispers, just staring. She is in such a state of awe that she doesnt even notice Jax come up behind her. He is dressed in a lightweight beige sweater and jeans. He gently slips his arms around her slim waist and she jumps in surprise. Turning her around, Jax gives her a hug, thrilled at the look of awe on her face.

"What do you think?" he asks softly. Skye is so shocked she cant even speak. She just drops her purse and throws her arms around his neck. She kisses him with everything she has, happiness and love pouring out of her. When she pulls slightly back, Jax grins.

"Guess you like it," he says. She just kisses him again.
