The plane touches down and Skye unbuckles her seatbelt. When she steps down out of the plane, a rush of salty air greets her, taking her aback. She looks over at Jax.

"Where are we," she demands. He shrugs lightly.

"Somewhere on the coast," is all he will answer her. He takes her hand, leading her over to a small blue car in the lot. She takes in her surroundings as she gets into the car. As he pulls out of the lot, Skye turns to him, a grin overtaking her face. She leans over and quickly kisses him on the cheek. Her breath on his cheek makes him light-headed. He smiles and continues driving. As Jax drives, Skye looks out the window, trying to determine where they are. When they pass a sign for Atalntic City, Skyes jaw drops. How did he POSSIBLY know how much she loved the Jersey shore?

Jax pulls to a stop in front of a small beachfront house. Skye admires the soft beige outside of the house, noting how gorgeous it is. Jax takes her hand and leads her inside. Her eyes soften as she scans the interior.

"Jax, this is GORGEOUS," she says. He pulls her over to the far wall, all a window. Opening the blinds, he looks over at her. A small gasp escapes from her. In front of her is the Atlantic Ocean, lit up by bright lights from a nearby fishing pier. The waves ripple gently by, the water glittering under the lights from the pier and the moon. The sky is filled with hundreds of twinkling stars. Jax walks over to her and gently slips his arm around her shoulder. She leans her head on his shoulder and just stares out at the beautiful scene in front of her. He opens the screen door and they step out onto the porch.

The sea breeze rushes through Skye and gives her energy she never knew she had. Her eyes sparkling, she looks over at Jax. Grabbing his hand, she runs down to the beach. He follows her, running to keep up. He cant help but notice the way her eyes sparkle in the soft moonlight.

He chases her down the beach until they are BOTH out of breath. Collapsing on the sand with laughter, Jax wraps his arms around Skye, squeezing her. They sit, staring out at the ocean, the breeze gently ruffling Skyes hair. As it blows in Jaxs face, he chuckles. The sound of the ocean gently rumbling makes the both of them sleepy and Skye leans back in Jaxs arms, happier than she has ever felt. He looks down at her in his arms, a feeling of pure joy leaping into his heart, something that he has not felt in a very long time.

Skye tilts her head backwards, staring up into his blue eyes. He gently tickles her neck and she pulls away slightly, giggling. She whirls her head around to face him as he gently kisses her. Her breath catches in her throat, even though he has kissed her before. Brushing a stray hair out of her eyes, she kisses him back, yearning for him to know how happy and in love she is. As the moon gently shines down on the two, all their worries fly away as they focus only on each other.
